Gymnastic and bodyweight exercises have been used for centuries as a method of developing strength, coordination, mobility and skill.  Mastering bodyweight movements such as muscle ups, pull ups and rope climbs is no easy task as it requires technique as well as enough strength to move your own weight.  Having quality gymnastics equipment will give you a great head start - from our range of gymnastics rings to our climbing ropes, to the likes of our awesome weight vests that will help you fast track your overall body conditioning.  If you’re regularly on gymnastics rings or rigs, you may want to consider palm protection to avoid nasty hand tears, and/or chalk to help with gripping the bar in sweaty workouts.
