1. What is the diffrence between the black, and coloured bumper plates?
Basically, the colour. The black plates are slightly denser rubber, and they are marginally cheaper to produce. In terms of longevity and preformance, they are practially identical. Olympic Bars
2. Aren't Olympic bars are the same?
No, Certainly not. A true Olympic Bar will be very specific in their specifications and the quality of materials and production. Please read the information provided on each of our bars carefully. In short, look for shaft diameter, steel quality, coatings, and knurling spec's to help with your decison. Olympic Bars
3. How do I select my size for the Do-Win Weightlifting Shoes?
Go to the Do-Win product page, and you will find a sizing chart available to download. Sizing is Unisex, so the actual length of your foot is all that matter. Weightlifting shoes should be tigh across the foot, with room for all toes to wiggle. Do-Win Shoes
4. I am a strong female, should I use the (heavier) Mens Olympic bar?
Yes you can, however, the weight is not the issue when comparing bars. You can load a good bar up with plenty of weight. Consider that a Ladies bar traditionally has a 25mm diameter shaft. This is much easir to grip than the substantially thicker men's version at 28mm in diameter. Olympic Bars
5. Do I need to buy special flooring for dropping bumper plates?
The warranty for our gear is only valid if the equipment is dropped under onto +/=15mm rubber gym flooring. Flooring
6. Can I drop my bar on the floor?
The Olympic bar should never be dropped without bumper plates on the sleeves. Plates that are not designed to be dropped, should also not be used if the bar is to be dropped. Olympic Bars, Flooring
7. How long do bumper plates last?
A selection from each batch of bumpers are drop tested 30,000 times. We warranty the inserts to 15,000 drops. If treated well, bumper plates can last decades. Bumper Plates
Racks & Hardware
The style, and size of rack is generally dependant on pace and personal riquirenment. If you have a tight space, or need to constantly move a rack (ege garage gym), then individual squats stands are a good choice. For the novice these can feel unstable when you are not 100% in control of the weight. The SST series, are stronger, heavier, taller, and more secure. Just make sure they can fit where you want them to. Racks
2. How heavy is the prowler sled
48kg approximately. The two uprights are solid steel, not tube! Prowler

Cable speed ropes have a steel wire rope, insulated in plastic. This gives them a heavy feel, but extremely low drag when spinning at high speeds. Our bable ropes, have a steel shafted bearing to decrease friction. The cable we use is also slightly heavier than other top brands, perfect if you want to maintain a little extra control and speed. The 3 sides are 50cm, 60cm, and 76cm (20", 24", and 30") Plyo Box

1. What is E-coat (Electrplating) on the kettlebells?
Electrplating is not paint, lets get that very clear. Our Kettlebells are dipped in an electrically charged solution, causing a chemical reaction to the surface, which blackens and hardens it. This means there are no flaking chips of the coating coming off when droped, bashed, or just worn out. As far as we know, we are the only supplier of E-coat bells in Australasia. Kettlebells
2. Which rings have better grip, woden or plastic?
Plain and Simple - Wooden! Plastic rings are good, and tough, but nothing beats the feel, durability, and grip of wooden rings. That's why they are the best around, and used by the real ring users - gymnasts. Rings
