Plastic Rings with Straps

The Industrial Athletic Plastic Gymnastic Rings are manufactured from super strong ABS plastic.  These rings are 280mm ring, with a 28mm diameter on the grip - conveniently the same as International Gymnastic Federation standards. The straps are 5 metres in length, with ultra strong cam-lock buckles.  Velcro tidies are attached to stop those messy strap ends flailing about.

Why gymnastics rings?

Gymnasts have used rings for decades, to increase strength, power, and stability.  They are the complete exercise performance tools. Recently they have had a massive uptake by the general fitness and strength community, as the amazingly effective strength-training tool that they are. Such simple exercises, such as Pull-ups, push-ups, or handstands become incredibly complex total body movements, let alone the famous gymnastic exercises such as the Iron cross, the muscle up and the circle up.   Rings can be taken anywhere, as a total body weight gym.

Wood gymnastics rings offer the best features. They are the lightest, have a good texture that doesn't need chalk for a superior grip, and are still incredibly durable and strong. The manufacture of wooden rings is a lot more complex than that of its ABS plastic brother.  If you are serious about rings, choose wooden.

ABS Plastic They are complete ring (and thus have the natural strength of the circle) and can be textured in many different ways. They tend to be very lightweight and with all these benefits at such a low cost, is great value.
