Sand Bag - Set

The Industrial Athletic Sandbag system, conists of a single outer bag, and 2 fold over inner sand bags.  The bag is constructed of robust Oxford cloth, which is rubber lined, water resistant, and very durable.  Handles are positioned at both ends of the outer bag, and two near the middle of the Sandbag also.  A high quality zip runs the length of the bag, and is assisted by 4 snap domes.  Also made from Oxford cloth, each inner can hold approximattely 8kg of sand.  Two are supplied with the sand bag set.  The outer bag can hold up to 3 full sandbag inners.

The Sandbag is designed with hardcore training in mind.  It is durable, versatile and (if secured correctly) shouldn't spill sand all over you during the workout. For these reasons it is the preferred piece of equipment for sandbag lifting, over sand filled duffel bags, or sacks. The workouts and exercises achievable with a sandbag are vast, limited only really by imagination.
