What type of Barbells are there?

There are different types of Barbells for different situations. From home gym training to public gyms and group fitness sessions, there are options to suit each scenario. Below are the most commonly used barbells:

Olympic Barbells

These bars alone weigh between 10KG-20KG and can be loaded up with weight plates to increase the total weight. The four main exercises that can be done to increase strength with Olympic Barbells are; squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and overhead presses.
