Designed to provide athletes with the ultimate stick, say goodbye to chalk and hello to more reps on the bar. The Carbon Palm Guard reduces the chances of getting palm rips and blisters, meaning you can train longer and harder and are specifically designed for use on powder coated bars.
Our three-holed carbon palm guards ensure more coverage across your palms ensuring fewer rips and blisters for those long high rep WODs while giving you more options on the fit. Traditionally worn on the first three fingers, however, if preferred, can be worn on middle, ring and pinky fingers.
Also available in 2 finger holes.
Size Guide -
1. Find your hand/wrist connection. This is where your hand and wrist meet (you should see a creased line there). This is the point to start measuring from.
2. Be sure your hand and fingers are totally straight and flat. DO NOT cup your hand or stretch your fingers backwards.
3. Measure from the wrist/hand connection (where you see the crease) to the base of your middle finger. Be precise and don't round up or down.

So the benefit that I had with going with Industrial Athletic is they've been involved with a lot of fit-outs from start to finish, the professionalism and the experience. There's no other choice, they're at the top of their game.CrossFit Metal Zone

To get the quality of gear that can handle a high amount of usage, especially when you've got a particular budget to start with, you need to know it's going to last you and it's going to be fit for the use you'll put it through. Make sure you've got something that you are proud of, you're happy with, and is going to last is really critical.Canterbury Rugby

I didn't really look around too much to be honest. I have a good idea of what's out there and have dealt with a few different vendors. So it was a bit of a no-brainer for me - it was a trust thing. I knew the products were good quality, and I knew the service I was going to get from Rob was good and I could trust him.Saint Kentigern College
