What is it?
The Industrial Athletic Plyo-Block has been designed specifically with safety and usability in mind. Our brand new plyo-block is a multi layered plyometric box to be used in workouts involving jumping, bounding, stepping, splitting and anything else you can think of. By using this as a stable platform for single or double leg and arm cardio movements, the simple plyo-block can easily transform a bodyweight workout into a serious sweat session.
Unlike other versions of wooden, metal and foam boxes, the plyo-block is a High Density dense foam Core and durably covered vinyl. Designed to stop the all too common nasty shin scrapes that can occur as an athlete fatigues, or loses concentration for a split second. It's also a great way to build confidence in new athletes who are learning box jumps.
- Three heights from one piece of equipment – 51cm (20in), 61cm (24in), 76cm (29in). Official dimensions used at the CrossFit games.
- Plyo-block is made from a high-density foam.
- Covered with durable, non-skid vinyl.
- Absorbs the impact of landing and eases the shock on your ankles, knees and hips.
- Perfect for saving space and introducing beginners to plyometrics at your facility.

So the benefit that I had with going with Industrial Athletic is they've been involved with a lot of fit-outs from start to finish, the professionalism and the experience. There's no other choice, they're at the top of their game.CrossFit Metal Zone

To get the quality of gear that can handle a high amount of usage, especially when you've got a particular budget to start with, you need to know it's going to last you and it's going to be fit for the use you'll put it through. Make sure you've got something that you are proud of, you're happy with, and is going to last is really critical.Canterbury Rugby

I didn't really look around too much to be honest. I have a good idea of what's out there and have dealt with a few different vendors. So it was a bit of a no-brainer for me - it was a trust thing. I knew the products were good quality, and I knew the service I was going to get from Rob was good and I could trust him.Saint Kentigern College
