The Crossover Cords 'Box Rack Pack' is designed so athletes can implement the H.I.I.T protocol by attaching the Crossover Cords to squat racks and/or pull up rigs using the Crossover SRS (squat rack system). The stations include four sets of Crossover Cords: light (purple), medium (yellow), heavy (red) and super heavy (blue). These are the most commonly used Crossover Cords and will be sufficient for most athletes, but if the demographic of your facility contains more novice or elite athletes, it would be a good idea to get additional resistances. The super light (green) and the 40 lb. bronco (orange) Crossover Cords are not included in the Box Rack Pack but might be needed to meet the individual needs of your members.

The space between the uprights on squat racks and pull up rigs is usually between 1.1m and 1.8m which is ideal for a H.I.I.T station. There are 4 SRS (squat rack straps) included in the Box Rack Package. Use 2 SRS for your eye level exercises, 2 for knee level exercises.

The H.I.I.T system is engineered to enhance shoulder health and performance. Whether your goals are to set overhead PBs or you are looking for relief from pain, the H.I.I.T system can help you. The system features four easy-to-follow protocols for shoulder activation, recovery and plyometric training, and high intensity scapular strengthening. The H.I.I.T system takes the guesswork out of shoulder care allowing for pain free performance overhead.

Our Customer Say

So the benefit that I had with going with Industrial Athletic is they've been involved with a lot of fit-outs from start to finish, the professionalism and the experience. There's no other choice, they're at the top of their game.

To get the quality of gear that can handle a high amount of usage, especially when you've got a particular budget to start with, you need to know it's going to last you and it's going to be fit for the use you'll put it through. Make sure you've got something that you are proud of, you're happy with, and is going to last is really critical.

Simon Thomas - Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
Canterbury Rugby

If you want gear thats going to do the job and do it well and it's going to last, than I'd definitely say 'spend the money on it', and I'd definitely recommend Industrial Athletic because it ticks all the boxes when it comes to gym equipment

I didn't really look around too much to be honest. I have a good idea of what's out there and have dealt with a few different vendors. So it was a bit of a no-brainer for me - it was a trust thing. I knew the products were good quality, and I knew the service I was going to get from Rob was good and I could trust him.
