Black Magic bands allow you to apply compression around a joint - typically the knee, ankle or elbow - to decrease swelling (particularly in sprains), increase mobility and assist with muscle activation. You can also use it on your wrist, calf, shoulder, quadriceps...essentially anywhere that needs fixing.

Black Magic compression bands are the best tool available for un-matting previously injured tissue and improving range of motion - they come recommended by K-Star himself.  Become part of the voodoo movement, and floss your muscles regularly

You can also buy pack of 10 Black Magic bands from Industrial Athletic here.

Magic for fixing injuries

These bands are magic!!!

I had quadriceps tendentious and started using these bands to stretch with and mobilise and in about a month it was gone and I’ve never had a knee overuse injury since (that was 12 years ago)

I use these before every session to warm up my quads, hamstrings, shoulders, calves if they are tight. In 2-3 minutes you can do what about 15min of rolling on a roller does. It keeps your tendons and muscles loose and keeps the new blood flowing which helps to stay injury free.

IA’s bands are definitely the the best value and nicest to use.

Our Customer Say

So the benefit that I had with going with Industrial Athletic is they've been involved with a lot of fit-outs from start to finish, the professionalism and the experience. There's no other choice, they're at the top of their game.

To get the quality of gear that can handle a high amount of usage, especially when you've got a particular budget to start with, you need to know it's going to last you and it's going to be fit for the use you'll put it through. Make sure you've got something that you are proud of, you're happy with, and is going to last is really critical.

If you want gear thats going to do the job and do it well and it's going to last, than I'd definitely say 'spend the money on it', and I'd definitely recommend Industrial Athletic because it ticks all the boxes when it comes to gym equipment

I didn't really look around too much to be honest. I have a good idea of what's out there and have dealt with a few different vendors. So it was a bit of a no-brainer for me - it was a trust thing. I knew the products were good quality, and I knew the service I was going to get from Rob was good and I could trust him.
