2 x .5kg, 2 x 1kg, 2 x 1.5kg, 2 x 2kg and 2 x 2.5kg plates to allow incremental increases in weight to the bar.
IWF colour coded for ease of identification, no steel inserts so they friction lock plates in place. How do Friction Grip Plates work? They are designed specifically for competition weightlifting environments and allow for quick load changes. The plates fit more securely than standard change plates and are specifically designed to fit on the outside of collars. Incrementally, each plate nests within the size above it so they take up less space on the bar.
- 15kg total
- Solid natural virgin rubber Coated
- Centre holes cast at 50.5mm (Olympic standard size)
- Plates are coloured for quick identification
- Not a replacement for collars
Incremental loading allows us to continue to progress and get stronger in a way that would be impossible with only the larger, standard IWF plates. Incremental loading allows a 'kaizen' approach to lifting - of small but near-constant improvements. It also allows the achievement of incremental personal bests in training and testing.
Important: All of our Bumper plates are coated with silicone oil prior to packaging, to protect the plates in transit. This can be simply removed with a rag, and surface cleaner. We recommend a natural product such as "Simple Green", or simply use diluted laundry or dish-wash detergent.

So the benefit that I had with going with Industrial Athletic is they've been involved with a lot of fit-outs from start to finish, the professionalism and the experience. There's no other choice, they're at the top of their game.CrossFit Metal Zone

To get the quality of gear that can handle a high amount of usage, especially when you've got a particular budget to start with, you need to know it's going to last you and it's going to be fit for the use you'll put it through. Make sure you've got something that you are proud of, you're happy with, and is going to last is really critical.Canterbury Rugby

I didn't really look around too much to be honest. I have a good idea of what's out there and have dealt with a few different vendors. So it was a bit of a no-brainer for me - it was a trust thing. I knew the products were good quality, and I knew the service I was going to get from Rob was good and I could trust him.Saint Kentigern College
