They're made from a comfortable soft 'sweat band' material but feature a sewn in hard plastic panel providing the wrist protection.

Despite improved technique, these are still a game changer for not allowing one bad clean to do any damage, or simply provide some cover for resting kettlebells on forearms. Work great!

Kettle Bell Wrist Guards

I have been in need of a product like this for a long time. I've only had them for 24 hours and I've already decided they are indispensable. The plastic insert spreads the load and makes it comfortable to do exercises like clean and press. I can increase the kettlebell weight without fear of damaging my arm. I'll have to order another pair to keep in my locker at the gym. I won't be without these in a kettlebell workout again.
